Summary: We stayed in the bottom floor. They call the floor -1. I actually like it because there were only two rooms in the lowest floor. It was quite with access to a small yard. However, the carpet needs cleaning and the room decorations need to be updated. Despite of this, we have daily toiletries, clean sheets and beddings, and my bed was king size with extra twin bed.

Summary: Beautiful small and intimate hotel in Brussels. Location is excellent, close to many restaurants, shopping, banks, supermarkets, art galleries and antique stores. The staff is friendly, do not hesitate to ask if you have any issue.

Summary: Good location and staff friendly . Basement room unpleasant and smelt of mould. Dark and gloomy. Carpet old and stained. Desperately in need of refurbishment. Perhaps we were just unlucky with our room but I have been to several other hotels in Brussels and there are many better ones

Summary: Lovely hotel with fantastic staff. Quirky decoration (look up as you enter the first set of doors!). Gave us recommendations for our stay. Offered to clean on our first morning, even though we didn't put the "please clean" sign out. Check out the door names, we figured out they're all connected to the local/Belgian history and culture, I regret not asking about those we didn't recognise.

Summary: Hotel was pretty cool and hip. Room wasn’t the biggest but was quite comfortable. Free breakfast and walkable to some cool spots in the neighborhood or the metro to get into the center of town. Would definitely stay again
